1. MB to write to all shareholders. He is allowed to and can have access to all shareholders contact details and shareholding amounts.
2. Shareholder litigation
3. AFR, SMH, Businessspectator articles covering the reasons behind the litigation and details of any fraudulent activities.
If ASIC get involved, then great. Lets not rely on the, though
