I had a response from the ASX saying they would come back to me when they had a look at TZ.
Personally I think it's all too late - the books have been cooked and there is no way they want them looked at.
The whole meeting MB was a stall tactic, AS is still driving the bus and is very slippery. They know that with this and perhaps more cap raising they can win at the EGM.
