I only recently bought into Chemeq (should have done my homework better in hindsight).

Recent Sons of Gwalia landmark case set precedent for shareholders to have a case as debtor if induced to purchase shares through misleading or deceptive conduct by the company. (Please correct me if I am wrong - this was my interpretation on reading the news stories).

IF Chemeq mislead shareholders/potential shareholders (as some other posters have indicated from court transcripts), does this not represent a similar case, and if so, could CMQ shareholders not reasonably expect a share of the (limited) spoils in conjunction with the C Note holders???

I must admit that I am not a regular trader, nor do I pretend to understand the full context of the Sons of Gwalia Case, so may be completely out of line here.

Hope that things don't get this bad, but looks like the company is pretty cooked...

    Comments/thought appreciated.

    Cheers!!
