    Don't get me wrong - I am not going to pursue this for my small investment. Wouldn't be worth the trouble. I have written this off as a lesson in researching thoroughly prior to buying. Sons of Gwalia case just highlighted that shareholders could possibly be regarded as creditors if induced to purchase shares by deceptive/misleading means.
