deceptive trading

Quite frankly I and others are getting very annoyed by the deceptive trading with the VRE-SP.

Viewed a very interesting segment on the ABC 7:30 Report last evening in particular points related to deliberate deceptive trading for personal gain.

Can someone please point out why the today's (like most other VRE trading days) course of sales (buys & sells) is NOT exhibiting deceptive behaviour.

Furthermore, after seeing some ASIC guidance on the ABC 7:30 Report, does anyone have any experience with contacting ASIC in order to lodge a formal complete and request investigation into such behaviours? I want to track this for a few weeks then lodge accordingly.
