the profit downgrade was very disappointing - about a 50% shortfall, so there is no surprise the sp is in the 30c range.
l think they will deliver more contracts but it will take longer than anticipated - a longer term hold.
until they do deliver, the market will remain skeptical, but the potential is there for >$1, especially with Decimil potential.
