If the WA government chooses to ignore the testing performed for four years in Malaysia they will be facing a multi billion dollar lawsuit for discriminating against Lynas as phosphate with it's accompanied elements Thorium, Radium and Uranium. If you go into Bunnings you will see on the phosphate bags those elements being described as Natural Elements. To Joe the local it will mean nothing but all phosphate fertiliser has radioactive elements so if the WA government bans Lynas from commercialisation they must ban all phosphate fertiliser. This is where I take off my moth eaten wig and gown.
As far as the AWU is concerned 457 visas have always got up their nose. As far as Chinese Malaysian go I'll leave our number one asset Dr. Looi address that item.
