    Quite simple, just sell on-market and then re-buy. You could either take a short term view and try to avoid paying the spread, or if you have IRESS then wait till the opening/closing auction and you should be able to trade at the same price. It is a perfectly legitimate excercise - it's call tax "minimisation" (as opposed to tax "avoidance")
    You would of course pay brokerage.
