    Lots of day traders running around with one leg in the air over CEO. It's a trader darling atm yet the volume on offer appears to be quite small. The ones that matter are staying put. The market cap at the top 3.6 is about right pre-ann. on any acq. IMO @ c. $17m undil. given current market conditions.
