Injunction Application Decision Pending




Australian iron ore company Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ('Cape Lambert' or the 'Company') (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) advises that the Supreme Court of Western Australia has reserved its decision on an injunction application brought by Power United Limited. The interim injunction granted on Friday 19 September 2008 was extended until further order. The Court is expected to deliver its decision before the end of the week.
