Still lucky to have yr shirt Salt after the Meo experience--a fair price ??One would ask what is a fair price--environment approvals a(big head ache )gone +the other side of the coin--the cost of building it(Meo do not have the cash)it`s worth nothing if no-one finance the deal---second --even with finance they need customers--what price with the product be after it finally is built.Building it another dilemma as sure as night follows day---the unions with gunge--cost over-runs --you name it--it`s a nightmare doing business in Australia !!Some may think Meo management had fleeced them--nothing compared to what the unions will do..What ever the first or est price of building it add 50%.
