I'm holding. RE The last announcement simply said that the deal is expected to be completed during October. And if they were delaying it I'm sure they will now take the time they have afforded themselves to make sure they tie up the loose ends properly.

I think to many people are panicking seeing that no announcements have been made in the FIRST week. Take it easy guys. I may be wrong, but I think some patience is required.
