I was simply making the point that the issue of water 'flowing up hill' is not nonsense when interpreted as the result of water travelling up narrow gauge (6 inch) bore halls under hydraulic pressure and permeating into geological strata above its source.
If ASLB accepts - and that is yet to be seen - that there is reasonable potential for contaminated water to do this, it is likely to require more, maybe all, bores to be plugged.
