THE Rudd Government will join with Papua New Guinea in fast-tracking an application for the World Heritage listing of the Kokoda Track in a move that would kill off an Australian-owned gold and copper mine.

Abal underestimates the effect this will have on foreign exploration investment in PNG.
Didnt they already do this to FNT once before. I suppose this time they are at least offering an excuse, lame as it may be. Im wondering if someone from the coy offended a minister in the past.
