Maybe the gold rights could form part of a compromise? NKP mine it for Beng on condition we keep all(or most) the PMG. Will be interesting to see the outcome and if its a DMR ruling or an outside 'agreement'.
I've read the ann a few times, not even sure if their will be an outcome soon. The announcement is later this week and its an update. That update could be that we are still months off? That would be 'significant'.
But I agree most likely that 'significant' would refer to an actual outcome, and 100% agree with the poster that said NKP have/would down play a negative outcome.
So hopefully 'significant' is positive. I think it will be. Regardless, any news good or bad is positive at this point. NKP and shareholders can move on and forward.
No leaks at DMR thats for sure :(
