The only certainty IMO is that we will open at or above 3.00 this morning according to the volume chart.
What happens from there is anybody's guess, although I have to say that this announcement is incredibly positive.
My last two predictions were wrong but if you want an estimate from me about where we might close today I'll be conservative and say between 3.00 -3.05. If the POO can continue to rise and the production decreases are agreed upon, or at the very least a discussion takes place between OPEC countries and Russia, the real gains will be made next week.
