I am still backing the decison will be handed down tomorrow (maybe after close)- In Caz's favour.
And guys, I am not ramping the stock, am no day trader, and have been in the Caz camp since the BHP MOU.
The gap in the Selling orders is the largest I have seen for many months, and as we know the SP of a stock normally falls a day or two before an announcement.
