Well for better or worse have sent in for my rights and also some for the shortfall.

    Major persuaders for me were:

    1. The market price has at all time remained above the offer price - even during the big downturn
    2. The staff, KMP and directors are all pitching in
    3. Lanstead appear to have been a major contributor to the massive SP reductions, through what appears to me to be an almost usurious "sharing agreement" with SPPT.
    4. Keen on BLG avoiding "toxic" finance

Still not happy with Giles performance - hopefully the new chairman will focus on the need for commercial viability in the near term.

Still fully expecting BLG to be "rattling" the tin next year but by then will (hopefully) be able to quote sales of Laser Diodes, hopefully uplift in Epiblu earnings (due to paid collaborations) and a working RPCVD/MOCVD AIXTRON G4 (albeit with further development required). It would be a fantastic bonus to also have a commercially meaningful "collaboration" in place also.
