We've had nearly 6 million shares trade hands in the last 2 days and consequently a huge run up in SP. Why though?

Is it possible that GR Engineering (our second largest shareholder @ 6.76%) has liked the initial results gathered from managing the metallurgical test work? We'd be approaching the half way mark of their outlined 6 month competition time, by now they would (at the very least) have an idea about the direction of the program and it's impact on the FSS.
