Vesp, very thought provoking assumptions. But the contract between the two parties must be tighter than giving AGS so much control. Dont forget Heathgate have supposedly spent 14M bucks on costs so far. Would they have spent so much without some safeguards for themselves?
I do hope you are right though,cause if we do have that "flexibility" of who we proceed with then what a position to be in!!
