That's a very sensible thought process inverted, and you maybe 100% correct. I'm waiting until the 11th hour as we may have more information next week. It has been poorly run in the past but that doesn't guarantee it's a dead duck. I agree with you re the CB holders need to tell the market if they will be doing a deal with GXY - early next week would be helpful. Don't forget that even with all this debt the assetts of Jiangsu and SdV are worth something per share. And the Koreans are playing silly buggers probably to their advantage but it doens't help us retail holders who are always the last to know anything. Good luck.
