I doubt either SMM's lawyers or our lawyers would have had much to do at all throughout the appeal. As there is NO new evidence allowed, all the 3 judges would be doing is making sure Judge Brown followed the law and ruled correctly. Would be a massive surprise if 2 out of 3 judges found enough errors to overturn
