Don't forget this is the second time we have been in the appeals court. Back in October 2012 the hearing was set down for 2 days, the announcement sending the case back to the high court come out on the third day. If this is clear cut we will hear straight away. If we win on all points of appeal....bye bye SMM. Howerver if there is any problem with the high court ruling and they send it back again again, well we all know what that means. I believe that a big motivator for SMM to peruse this to the very end apart from the obvious is the impack losing would have on there other tenements and agreement with those landowners.
Anyway GLTA, it's been a hell of a ride!
