The length of time to make a decision will be on how easy all three judges come to a decision, if a no brianer then expect a T/H in the next 2/3 working days, that would be good all round, if however nothing is heard early next week or indeed there is an announcement off the judges that they will announce in a short time ,again, all good, if they announce that they will take 4 weeks(or any length of a longer period that's not comftable) then that won't go down well at all.
That's why people are exiting with their profits before it becomes a pure gamble, if their gamble pays off and the appeal goes against us then retender is then the avenue and they can buy in 78-80% lower and wait and grind it out again with a big smile, or they can grab on the coat tails of the ascending sp if victory is upon us, they will lose out on the initial gains but that is the odds some investors play, it is all risk/reward for what your head will take, take Dutchaussie, he is a great example of thinking of taking his profits or doubling down, that's how this share gets you....
Dutch, there is nothing wrong with either play buddy...
So we really want this wrapped by early next week with NO exceptions or it will get a whole lot harder to hang on for the decision if it's going to take time...
