    AVQ own the land for 49 years and
    only new legislation agreed to by land owners could change that.
    SMM, s best choice if they lose the appeal , buy out 60% of AVQ and avoid a damages
    Claim .
    that would be the smart thing to do if they want to actually mine the Nickel.
