How about... Judge finishes up his judgement over the weekend, hands his notes over to an assistant Monday morning, few hours to type it up and deliver the decision to the lawyers. So MLS should get a call from their legal team very late Monday night or early Tuesday morning in Aus, Tuesday morning in WA the announcement gets typed up and faxed over to the ASX. Our screens get the announcement by midday AEST Tuesday and we are all rich by 2:00pm AEST.
Just a guess, would be nice though.
