The practice is widespread, that's how the leaches make money from the markets....nothing legal about it!
Goldman and all the other suits do this as bread and butter income. The VW case is one of many....it happens every day. Still, when the news flows the rebound is often very strong I'm predicting a nice little earn back to above 40c.
Just need to stick with fundamentals.
