But I am thinking of buying outright in shares right now at 24 cents the options portion as well.
Skip the offering, buy 88666 shares at 24 cents to prevent any dilution of my holdings.
88666 shares @ 24c = $21280
Taking the offer then exercising the options will be much costlier.
Well, if one were confident on a U explosion the share price will be way beyond $1.
The options seem to be for uncertainty or short term trading shenanigans neither which i have/do.
