How long do we give this "hot shot" crack team of world reknown executives to perform to their expected standards? It has been 18 months and to be honest I haven't noticed any change in management style whatsoever. The share price continues to dive and no updates or news is given to shareholders. Are we willing to procrastinate for another 5 years?
What were the short term incentive indicators that the board agreed to for the salary of Della Martina? If they go ahead a put a gold star on his report card (rubber stamp it) I for one will be irritated.
