If the renumeration of this new crack board was directly linked to SP performance then the average age pensioner in Australia would at present be more highly paid than the board. We all know it does not work that way. Personally I believe performance bonuses should be withheald unless the board can deliver a SP significantly above its price on the day they joined the board.
