    I made an enquiry regarding this, McGrathNicol reply below:

    Dear xxxx

    The Liquidation is currently unfunded and we are not in a position to determine whether a return will become available to creditors. In that regard, we have not circulated the declaration to the shareholders with the exception of a request being made. I also note that the Liquidator is not required to report to the shareholders on the progress or outcome of the liquidation.

    However, should you have any other queries please let me know.
