Erel has significant losses and I am sure there are many more of you. Some of us have come off more lightly than erel but it all hurts. A class action can only be successful if there is money to be found in the company remains. My thoughts are that there may have been some serious offences committed in this company failure.
I refer you to delisted.com.au where the Federal Court is reported to have issued Asset Preservation Orders instigated by ASIC. Interesting reading - Trust fund etc.
