Hi OFL,
I'm not laughing. I don't think COP would be either but for them its just a ploy that may or may not work out. Looking at their company reports I have noticed they have multiple arbitration cases on the go.
In this case, if they lose this one (and I personally believe there is a good chance they will), they will simply list it in their annual report as a footnote as a case they lost probably with no financial impact as the asset is still sold, just not to WPL if Far decides to pre-empt.
