It seems going by the Annual report that FAR only want recognition of the right to PE.
They do not want to PE.
As the realists have been saying since this started it was only a management face saving exercise because of shareholder pressure that their feeling was the company was ripped off.
Hopefully this company revelation puts an end the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow chatter from posters who mistakenly thought this way due to lack of clarity from the company.
To let it go this far when posters were of the understanding FAR was fully disclosed I would have thought the company would have clarified their position long before this.

I believe a Declaratory Judgement is all that will be required for the Senegalese Government to determine who they will or will not allow to work in their country.
I also believe FAR would not jeopardise their good standing with the the Senegalese government by taking this issue to the ICC without having the ability to PE should it come to that. I'm sure the management would not of taken this action if they hadn't recieved the ok from government.
