We all know that so long as a Socialistic Government is in power there will never be any savings or surpluses. It is not in their DNA to save for a rainy day. They just want to collect by way of taxes any money they can get their grubby hands on give it to those that don't have the desire to go out and get uncomfortable or take a risk to build their own future.
There are some exceptions, I have no problem with pensions of the various kinds so long as the recipient is qualified to receive of course.
