AZL has no applications pending with BLM, having withdrawn the one they filed for Big Sandy in 2019 because they lost in court, and BLM doesn't have a director anyway because it's not all that important to Trump. Except, of course for fossil fuels. NTEC should be happy he's promoting coal.
