Nothing is going to happen until May, when the judge has to approve any settlement between the Hualapai and BLM. AZL and NTEC are not parties to that case and their views won't be heard. The terms could include withdrawal of the land around Hakamwe from mining permit availability. I've always said that if they agree to a buffer zone, say two miles around the reservation land, they can dig as many holes as they want. As long as they post a bond to fill them back up.
