To suggest it’s all about fossil fuels is not right at all imo. I don’t think it’s all about fossil fuels - it’s about new mines and pushing through projects that show potential, or that have some permitting in place already. The system is being overhauled, and BLM have 15 days to show the Whitehouse how they’ll meet the demands of the order. The Nasdaq article below is helpful and has many, many references to rare earths, critical minerals, drilling, low-cost debt financing & funding.
