I reckon were there's smoke there's fire and some not all of these customers may have an issue or two they don't disclose. As they've been put out by being declined their keen to vent where they can.
I've used APT on 20 plus occasions and haven't been hit with any knock backs. I'm not that secure a customer but I pay on time.
Also with 2.5 million customers there bound to be some errors from time to time.
