I'd say SOL are currently trading at a slight discount to their NAV while BKW will still be trading at a big discount. In terms of the results on Thursday I'm looking forward to seeing how the investment portfolio is shaping up and whether they have made any further inroads into aged care/funds management/rural property which seem to be the main areas of interest going forward. We already know that NHC paid out 56cents per share in dividends back in October and just today announced a further 40c per share to be paid in May so that alone is 300 million flowing through to SOL from the coal boom. I'd say we can expect another modest special dividend.
