That's true Domum but Gip has enough tenements to have lots of tries even assuming they do not get any more Wadi Allaqi tenements. They have more area's already than are being offered in this round.

Then you have to factor in that the gold price is nearly three times what it was when Gip first got the tenemnets there.

Also technology has moved on, in the past the Sukari deposit might have been given up on as uneconomic before they even started digging deeper.

It is a whole new ballgame with the gold price so high and Gip have hardly even started marketing its gold prospects.
