The reason it is not legalised is that it already impacts negatively on many people's lives. I like knowing that the majority of people are not stoned in my community or around me. I have no issue with people having a puff on their own or for true medical purposes,as long it is out off the public domain and does not impact me or others. Unfortunately a lot people don't have self control and is the main driver for keeping it illegal.
