Great post gttrain I too have seen the effects on young people having worked in psych some years ago-my main area of work with young fellas experiencing first major episode of psychosis.often a cocktail of drugs got them into the ward. there is no doubt about the drugs influence on some-and then negligible influence on others..knowing what i know I would rather work with those with a clear head..all drugs should be tested and if you cant comply then you cant do the job..it does create a safer and happier workplace for everyone.
