With the AGM coming up i don't think the broker will now let the price to fall below $1.50.If you have a look at the volumes it is buying back, they have reduced.
Since they paid $1.61 for the BB, you can assume that they will try to run the price back to the $1.60 come the AGM.
The more they buy before the AGM, less payouts if they pay a dividend come February, EPS and DPS will increase as a result.
