I'm dumbfounded that they would keep the deed of settlement confidential. How on earth are us investors supposed to know the true value of the stock now?
Did they get all their investment back? Did they get nothing back? What the hell are we supposed to think?
As shareholders in the company we have a right to know the details of the settlement. It's just another incredibly perplexing move by the Board who really don't seem to have much of a clue how to run a PUBLIC company.
