It means they get a heap of cash back from the Colombian project I believe. I am not sure if the MC is near to cash backing or not but I would imagine it would boost SP to meet the cash backing at least.
They are not the most communicative exploration company, so who knows whether they actually have any exploration work to do this financial year.
