I suggest you may not in fact have spoken with WER.....or maybe you have 'chosen' to mis-inform our readers for other more sinister reasons!

You state that WER 'are not liable' for any development/operating costs if the well is successful. This is FALSE....Dexter also makes similar claims.

The real deal.

WER puts up $23m to earn a 40% interest in the well.
WER 'is liable' for IT's SHARE of ongoing expenses in the event they are successful.

This information is readily available to any interested party.
