could be ; but also depends on the tier of the equity fund ; remember some funds are index restricted I.e only able to trade stocks from certain index’s ; this is generally due to internal policy and brass tax - basically to do with risk adversity .
so does Atlantic Equity want to deal with Institutionals ??? Less regulatatory ; easier for them to walk away from deals I.e - Deelands agrees to buy up on terms ; Atlantic really just wants to offload ; they agree , but Deeland just says ye nah a few months down the line …. I can see a point in how they may not want to deal with institutionals …. Doesn’t appear to be against any law … possibly typical company policy when playing at that level
