Yes and no, depends on how much said party already holds. If this conspiracy theory of getting to 10% holds any water, an accumulating party could already have reasonable position like 6.73% as an example and over a couple of off-market share purchase offers buy another 3.27% to reach 10%. Bit of a long shot IMO, more likely another strategy in play IMO like wealth creation rather than a board seat etc. if in fact such an offer/s from Dee Land are real and transactions are occurring.
If 6.73% was already held under such a scenario, a notice would need to be lodged to ASX of any increase IMO.
