Sure. After some regulatory or law enforcement agency deemed the offer to be fraudulent or criminal. I don't think anyone can expect AVZ to act as a regulator in the EU and undertake its own investigation. AVZ does not trade its own shares, the ASX governs the market providers / brokers / platforms here in Australia, maybe the ASX should be the one making any announcements as this is who manages the AVZ listing.
